AAC is real concrete filled with millions of tiny air cells, cured under steam and pressure, and delivered as prefabricated panels ready to install.
A solid concrete wall system with the feel and durability of masonry.
AAC is a mineral, non-combustible material.
Its air cells slow heat transfer, helping keep interiors cooler through hot Southern summers.
Nothing organic for termites to eat or for rot to break down.
Large panels go up faster than building a wall one block at a time.

Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is a lightweight precast concrete made from cement, lime, sand, water and a small amount of expanding agent. The mix rises like bread, forming millions of tiny air cells, and is then cured with steam under pressure in an autoclave.
Instead of laying small blocks one by one, AAC is produced as large, ready-to-install panels. Fewer pieces to set can mean a faster build.
Yes. AAC is made of mineral materials and does not burn.
AAC is inorganic, so there is nothing for termites to eat and it does not rot like wood.
The air cells inside AAC give it thermal insulation, which slows heat moving through the wall and can help reduce cooling needs.
Every project must be designed to the applicable building codes for your state and location, including wind requirements. Tell us about your project and we will talk through how an AAC panel system fits your design.
Yes. Architectural plans or drawings are needed for us to design and quote your AAC project. If you don't have plans yet, you're still welcome to reach out: we're happy to start the conversation and talk through your project, and we'll need plans before a quote can be prepared.
